Project 10
Course Code and Name: MSJ11231 Visual Communication
Project Name: Comic Book
Topic: The World is not Safe Anymore
Project Date: Spring 2020
Project Description: As part of this course, students were required to make wall art, but for the pandemic, The professors assigned the class to create a COVID-19-themed comic book. And for this, we plan our layout and then make a comic book. Our comic book represents the relationship between humans and animals.
Project Justification: Our premise is that "The World is not Safe Anymore". The interaction between people and animals is a primary area of study. A lot of folks are hiding out in their houses right now. They are barred from leaving the house. It's clear, therefore, that animals are quickly influenced by their environment and way of existence. After the corona, though, we can see they are both crucial. This cartoon also demonstrates that not all humans are to blame for animal suffering; many do care. As a result, the creatures are fed. Through this comic, we want to prove that humans and animals play essential roles in our environment.

Theme: Our theme is “The World Is Not Safe Anymore”. We are mainly focusing on the relationship between humans and animals. In this situation, people are locked down in their homes. They can’t go outside. That’s why we can see animals are easily led by their lifestyle. But at the end of the corona, we can realize both are important. And our comic proves that all humans are not responsible for animals; some people care for animals. They give food to those animals. We want to verify by our comic Human & animals are both essential to this world.
Learning and Outcome (Self-Reflection)
As part of this endeavour, I got my first taste of comic book creation. That comic was my first-ever attempt at making one. The project has allowed me to expand my expertise in story design, and the project was produced using Adobe Photoshop.
